GRAND JURY INDICTS NY AG LETITIA JAMES

A federal grand jury in Virginia has indicted New York Attorney General Letitia James on charges of bank fraud and making false statements to a financial institution.

U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia Lindsey Halligan said James faces up to 30 years in prison per count, up to a $1 million fine on each count and forfeiture if she's convicted.

A newly surfaced video shows California Democratic gubernatorial candidate Katie Porter appearing frustrated with staff members over bright studio lighting, the third controversial video involving the former lawmaker to emerge in just a week.

The clip, which is reportedly from 2021 and has been circulating widely on social media, shows then-U.S. Rep. Porter on a Zoom call complaining about harsh studio lighting before a television interview.

DISNEY RAISES TICKET PRICES

Disney said on Wednesday that the entertainment giant is raising admission prices for its theme parks, effective immediately.

On some of the most popular days of the year to visit the two parks, a single-day ticket will cost roughly $199, currently the most expensive pass
