NANCY’S NEW NOTE (GROUND NEWS)

Investigators in the Nancy Guthrie case say they’re reviewing a new possible ransom note and trying to determine whether it’s credible. Two earlier notes were released in July.

AFFORDABLE HOLLYWOOD BUNGALO (NEW YORK POST)

A 1933 Laurel Canyon property at 1856 Jewett Drive hit the market at $849,000, billed as the cheapest listing in the Hollywood Hills. You get two houses on one 2,366-square-foot lot: a bungalow with a stone fireplace plus a separate unit down an outdoor staircase. The agent pitches “canyon living from a bygone era.” Median Hills list prices run roughly $1.8–$1.9 million.
